About

Hi, I’m Stephanie, the CEO and founder of Endy.

I’ve spent the past 20 years immersed in the worlds of psychology, spirituality, and healing. I hold a Master’s degree in Cinical Psychology and have been a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist for the past decade. Alongside my work with clients, I’ve had the joy of teaching in the very graduate program where I once trained, mentoring future therapists as they learn to support others with care and integrity.

Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in trauma, neuroscience, Autism and other expression of neurodivergence—and I’ve had the deep privilege of walking alongside children, teens, adults , and parents navigating the complexities of their minds and lives. While I value research and evidence-based practices, I also believe healing must include the body’s wisdom, and I incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based tools to support holistic well-being.

But this work is personal, too.

After years of therapy, reflection, and searching, I received a late diagnosis of AuDHD (Autism + ADHD). That moment changed everything. Like many others who are late diagnosed, I finally understood that I wasn’t a “broken” neurotypical person—I was a neurodivergent person with unique wiring, beautiful strengths, and very real needs that had gone unseen by traditional medical and mental health practitioners. It was a profound shift. I realized how many others were having this same experience—misunderstood by the systems that were supposed to help them.

That realization gave birth to Endy.

Endy exists to fill the gap I saw in traditional mental health care—where neurodivergent people are often pathologized, masked, or told to change who they are. Here, we do things differently. We affirm difference. We provide support that is tailored, compassionate, and grounded in lived experience. We offer tools tailored to treat the unique needs and experiences our people face on a daily basis.

This program was designed with neurodivergent minds and bodies in mind. It’s accessible, self-paced, and focused on sustainable growth—not perfection. Rather than trying to “fix” you, we focus on how to meet your real needs, honor your natural instincts, and build a life where you can thrive. That includes emotional well-being, nervous system support, accommodations, and meaningful community connections.

Most importantly, this is a space for healing in relationship—with others and with yourself.

Whether you’re newly exploring your identity or have been walking this path for years, I’m honored to walk alongside you. I hope to see you in one of our groups soon – and I can’t wait to see what beauty you bring to this vibrant, dynamic community.

Warmly,
Stephanie
