At Endy, we offer a variety of avenues for support, designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals. Our core program and groups are created to empower neurodivergent people to support themselves in meaningful ways. Additionally, we offer two bonus modules: one for parents and one for professionals, which dive deeper into specific applications for these unique groups.

We also provide tailored training for schools and mental health or social service agencies. These trainings aim to educate professionals and equip them with practical tools for working with neurodivergent students and clients. For those in the field, we offer a clinical consultation group—a space where practitioners can ask questions, share experiences, and discuss strategies with their peers. Click here to request a training.

Our gatherings are another key part of the Endy experience. These sessions are designed to give you the space to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and learn tools from fellow community members. Each group ends with time to chat and debrief, so you can connect with others who share your journey. Groups are led by a diverse range of leaders, allowing you to choose the group that best aligns with your learning style, schedule, and personal preferences.

In our Resources Section, you’ll find a list of recommended therapists and specialists in various areas, from mental health to occupational therapy and medical conditions. We encourage you to use this list as a guide to expand your wellness journey across different disciplines. It’s important to note that many medical providers and therapists may not have specific training in supporting neurodivergent individuals, so we encourage you to advocate for your own needs and treatment. Our hope is that this resource will help you ask the right questions and find the support that best fits you.

We believe in making this work accessible to everyone, regardless of their background. If you’d like to support our mission, please consider donating to Endy. Your contribution helps us reach underserved communities, particularly those living in poverty or with intersectional identities. Every donation—big or small—makes a meaningful impact and ensures we can keep our services affordable and accessible to all.

We’re always looking for passionate individuals to help expand our space and reach even more people. If you share our vision for Endy, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your resume and share your ideas for how we can continue to grow and serve the neurodivergent community.
