New Here?

Endy is a safe, inclusive space for neurodivergent individuals to connect, grow, and thrive.

“Neurodivergent” is a broad, affirming term for anyone whose brain works differently from the cultural norm. This includes autism, ADHD, trauma responses, dyslexia, anxiety, depression, OCD, sensory sensitivities, and more. A formal diagnosis is not required—self-identification is valid. At Endy, the diversity of human minds is not only respected but celebrated.

Just as nature thrives on diversity, Endy believes neurodivergence contributes to the health and wholeness of society. Think of each person as a unique flower in the bouquet of neurodiversity—beautiful in their own way, essential to the whole.

Endy is for anyone who has ever felt “different”—emotionally, mentally, socially, or physically. It’s for those who:

  • Process the world in deep, complex ways
  • Experience challenges with focus, energy, or regulation
  • Struggle to keep pace with conventional expectations
  • Have been told to “try harder” or felt misunderstood by traditional systems
  • Live with medical, emotional, or sensory issues that defy easy explanations
  • Are exploring neurodivergence, with or without a diagnosis

Whether this is a lifelong journey or a new discovery, you are welcome here.

Endy doesn’t try to “fix” neurodivergent people. Instead, it honors the brilliance, sensitivity, and resilience that come with being wired differently.

Unlike many systems that emphasize compliance or normalization, Endy offers support rooted in compassion, autonomy, and self-understanding. This approach avoids pathologizing and instead invites healing, clarity, and connection.

Programs and offerings are created by a neurodivergent mental health therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience and a lived understanding of late-diagnosed Autism and ADHD. Endy combines evidence-informed psychology, neuroscience, and accessible, practical tools designed for real life.

Note: Endy is not a substitute for individual therapy. For more complex trauma or acute mental health concerns, professional therapy is recommended in addition to this supportive space. Endy is meant to complement traditional support services with a supportive, community-based space to share and explore neurodivergent wellness together.

Begin by exploring our program, which covers four key areas: body, mind, relationships, and daily life. Each module offers educational content, problem-solving tools, and weekly exercises to support your healing and growth.

You’ll also have access to unlimited skills and community groups, led by neurodivergent-affirming clinicians, many of whom are neurodivergent themselves. These groups are an opportunity to ask questions, apply the tools, and connect with others who truly understand your experience.

This space is for me, for my children, and for anyone who’s ever felt out of place or disconnected. Endy is a space for healing, belonging, and connection. We’re glad you’re here.

You Are Not Alone

This space was created for anyone who has ever felt out of place or disconnected from the world around them. Here, those experiences are met with understanding, not judgment. Healing, belonging, and self-trust begin with being seen—and Endy is here to hold space for that journey.

Welcome to a community where your way of being is not just accepted—it’s valued.
